Long-Term Home Warranty
Should anything go wrong, a reputable building company stands behind every home it constructs with a warranty. At Maplewood Place, we provide you with several warranties, ranging from one-year coverage for materials and workmanship; two-year coverage for heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems; and a ten-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship in the structural elements of your home.

Short-Term Home Warranty
Most home warranties on existing properties are offered to better sell the home and provide a very limited warranty. Ultimately you bear the responsibility of maintaining and repairing all aspects of the house.

Finance Options for Upgrades
With a new home you have the opportunity to select optional upgrades, such as fireplaces and bay windows. You may be able to fold the cost of these options into your home mortgage, allowing you to pay for them over time.

No Financing
Unless you have significant home equity, most updates to existing homes require full payment up front.
